In December 1996, I contacted Tom Miner to begin working with my wife and me to replace the windows in our home. After reviewing numerous options presented by Tom, we finally settled on the style and functionality of our new windows. I knew we drove Tom nuts, but he was very patient and impressed us with his knowledge of the product.

In February 1997, he installed all 19 windows, including sidelights for the front door and a back patio door.

Without his knowledge, his vendor sent the wrong windows, and his crew had already begun installing them. Once the error was caught, Tom immediately reordered the correct windows, removed the incorrect ones, and installed the new ones at no extra cost.

I like working with a company that stands behind its work and word. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for high-quality service and personal involvement.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

In October 1994, we had vinyl siding installed on our home and all the windows replaced with new energy-efficient ones. The contractor who did the work was “Vinyl is Final,” owned and operated by Tom Miner. Since then, Tom has expanded his business and is currently the owner and operator of “Lifetime Exteriors” in Mountain Home, Idaho.

The work on our home was outstanding and progressed rapidly. Tom was always ready to answer any questions we had. The upgrades significantly reduced our energy consumption, and this has proven even more beneficial with rising energy costs.
